Jorge Toro

Jorge Luis Toro Sánchez ( born January 10, 1939 in Santiago de Chile ) is a former Chilean football player.

Career

Association

Jorge Toro began his professional career in his native city of Santiago de Chile with Colo -Colo in 1959, where he played the following three years in the Chilean first division in 1960 with Colo- Colo won the Chilean championship. After the successful 1962 FIFA World Cup, he transferred to Italy for Sampdoria. After a season in Genoa and 16 games for the Blucerchiati he moved to FC Modena.
