Jorma Karvonen

Jorma Karvonen (born 16 October 1949 in Lammi ) is a former Finnish orientation and ski - orienteering.

1972, Karvonen participants a first unofficial Ski Orienteering World Cup in Bulgarian Velingrad. He finished third in the individual competition the second and Finland in the relay to fourth place. 1975 took place the first official World Cup in Ski Orienteering in Finland Hyvinkää. Karvonen was in the individual race second behind his compatriot Olavi Svanberg.
