Josef Bauer

Josef Bauer ( born June 10, 1915 in Wasserburg am Inn, † July 15, 1989 ) was a German politician ( CSU).

Life and career

Bauer, the Roman Catholic faith was finished his schooling in 1932 from middle school. One dairy teaching (1932-1934) was followed until 1937 commercial training, and finally in 1937 over his parents' dairy farm. From 1934 to 1935 he was an officer in the Reichswehr and Wehrmacht 1939-1945, most recently as a captain. 1946 was the dairy farmer master craftsman. He was also active on the Board of the Professional Association of Bavarian Private Dairies and was a member of the bargaining committee of the dairy industry. He lived in Wasserburg am Inn.

Political career

In 1937 Josef Bauer of the NSDAP (member number 5356522 ). 1951 farmer member of the CSU, from 1953 he was a town councilor in Wasserburg. The German Bundestag, he belonged to 1953-1969. From 1963 to 1969 he was deputy chairman of the CSU group in the CDU / CSU parliamentary group. He represented the constituency Altötting in Parliament. From 1972 to 1984 he was a member of the county council in the district of Rosenheim, after he had already heard from 1955 to 1972 the district council in the district of Wasserburg am Inn.

From 1970 to 1972 he worked as a district administrator in the district of Wasserburg am Inn.
