Josef Kaczor
Josef " Jupp " Kaczor ( born March 23, 1953 in Hamm, Westphalia ) is a former German football player.
Career
The elder brother of Edmund Kaczor, Joseph, began his professional career when he moved to the beginning of the season 1974/75 as 20 -year-old from the country's division Eintracht Hamm- Heessen to VfL Bochum in the Bundesliga. The desired change to Hamburger SV, whom the coach there Kuno Klötzer wish was denied by the management of HSV. Kaczor was almost immediately establish itself as a striker under the former VfL coach Heinz Higher and scored nine goals before the winter break; ten in his first pro season. He was so right off the bat behind Werner Balt (14 goals) second best scorer of the team of the Castroper road. With the SV Eintracht Heessen Kaczor reached the 1984 final of the German amateur football championship that was lost to Offenburger FV 1:4.
Others
Kaczor is the viertsicherste scorer in Bochum in the Bundesliga. For VfL Bochum he also scored a remarkable rate in the DFB Cup Competition: In 14 matches he scored 13 goals. His three years younger brother, Edmund " Eppi " Kaczor, played five league games for MSV Duisburg and 109 second-division games for Preußen Münster and Rot-Weiss Oberhausen.
Kaczor made with 31 years still a bank clerk with the hammer bank, the former sponsors of Eintracht Hamm. He now works as a bank clerk at the People's Bank of Unna and lives in Werl.
