Josef Lokvenc

Josef Lokvenc ( born May 1, 1899 in Vienna, † April 2, 1974 in St. Pölten ) was an Austrian chess player.

By profession, Josef Lokvenc was Oberamtsrat in Vienna. The game of chess, he learned early in his youth.
