Josef Somr

Josef Somr ( born April 14, 1934 in Vracov, Czechoslovakia) is a Czech actor.

Biography

1956 ended Josef Somr his acting studies at the Janáček Academy of Music and Performing Arts in Brno. He then played two years at the theater in Český Těšín, three years at the Brno City Theatre, four years at the theater in Pardubice (19611965) and from 1965 in Činoherní club and since 1978 Národní Divadlo. His screen debut was in the 1965 Somr published and directed by Ján Kadár Elmar Klos and the accused on the side of Vlado Müller and Jaroslav Blazek. From 1982 to 2004 played Somr in five film adaptations of Ladislav Pecháčeks of created figure of Štepán Šafránek the Prof. Ječmen. Four of these films as the world around her poet comes (1982 ), How Poets lose their illusion (1985 ), How Poets enjoy life (1988) and The End of the poet in Bohemia (1993 ) have been dubbed into German and published.
