Joseph of Freising

Joseph of Verona ( † 764 ) was of 747 / 748-764, the third Bishop of Freising.

The Italian-born Joseph of Verona was 747/748 Bishop of Freising and was the founder of the Collegiate in Isen. He founded after 760, the convents of Schaeftlarn and Scharnitz.
