Josh McEachran

McEachran (2012)

Joshua Mark " Josh " McEachran ( born March 1, 1993, Oxford) is an English footballer. The midfielder is at the Premier League club Chelsea FC under contract, but is currently playing on loan at Wigan Athletic.

Career

McEachran was born in Oxford, the son of Scottish parents. He began his football career with the football club Garden City in the Oxford Mail Boys League, where he was discovered by a scout of Chelsea FC. He joined at the age of eight years, the football academy of the London football club and went to the " Marlborough School " in Woodstock.

His first Champions League game he made on 19 October 2010 in a 2-0 win against Spartak Moscow. He came on in the 61st minute.

During the winter break of 2011/12 McEachran on loan until end of season at Swansea City. End of August 2012, he was then awarded for a season at FC Middlesbrough.

On September 20, 2013 McEachran on loan until January 2, 2014 in the Football League Championship at the Watford FC. Immediately after his return to Chelsea, he was awarded on January 23, 2014 directly again for half a year, this time to Premier League relegation Wigan Athletic.
