Josiah Jamison

Josiah Jamison ( born August 18, 1982 in the United States) is an American track and field athlete.

Jamison came during his time at the South Carolina School for the Deaf and Blind in Spartanburg with athletics in touch. This was due to Jack Todd, the staff of this school was, and Royal Mitchell, who is a teammate of Jamison in the U.S. Paralympic athletics team today.

Jamison preferably runs 100 and 200m distances. According to his own statements his strength is on the 200m track. In Beijing in 2008 he won his first Paralympic medal when he finished in the T12 100m rating on the track in front of the Nigerian Adekunle Adesoji and the Chinese Yang Yuqing. In addition, he also appeared at the 200m distance ( T12), the 4x100m track (T11 -T13 ) and the 400m track (T12 ) to.
