Jossa (Lüder)

The Jossa is a 11.7 km long right tributary of the left Fulda influx Lueder in the district of Fulda, Hesse.

It rises in the eastern bird mountain near the village Jossa (name ) and flows through Poppenrod, Trouser field Schletzenhausen and Gersrod before it flows into the district grove cell southwest of Kleinlüder, a district of Grossenlueder in the Lueder. His run has almost always flow towards the north -north-east, only in the last 4 kilometers from Grove cell, it flows only to the east.

In earlier times settled in the Jossa at many mills. Obtained as buildings are still the top hedges and sub Heckenmühle ( trousers field), and the donkey mill ( Schletzenhausen ).
