Journal of Contemporary Religion

The Journal of Contemporary Religion is a triple appearing in scientific journals in the field of religious studies. Pave is the journal by Taylor & Francis, the publishers are: Elisabeth Arweck and Peter Bernard Clarke. The journal is peer-reviewed and is listed in the OPAC ( ISSN 1353-7903 ).

The focus of the Journal of Contemporary Religion focuses on the sociological, anthropological, philosophical and psychological aspects of emerging religions and sees this world.

The magazine was founded in 1985 as Religion Today by Peter Bernard Clarke at the Centre for New Religions at King's College in London. In 1995, it changed its title in Journal of Contemporary Religion and is continuing with this.
