Jovan Rašković
Rašković Jovan (Serbian Јован Рашковић; born July 5, 1929 in Knin; † July 29, 1992 in Belgrade ) was a Yugoslavian psychiatrist and founder of the Serbian Democratic Party ( in Croatia) in July 1990.
Raskovic specializing in group psychology and paranoia and is considered as a mentor of the Bosnian Serb leader Radovan Karadzic. In his 1990 published book " Luda zemlja " ( " Crazy Land" ) Raskovic spread hatred and prejudice against Croats and Bosnian Muslims.
