Þjóðveldisbærinn Stöng

The reconstruction is true to the original of three buildings - including a longhouse - and was started in 1974, on the occasion of the 1100 anniversary of the settlement of Iceland. The property is located on Route 32, the Þjórsárdalsvegur.
