Jovica Vico

Jovica Vico (Cyrillic Јовица Вицо; born 27 February 1978 in SR Bosnia and Herzegovina) is a Bosnian football player. The striker currently plays for FK Mladost Gacko.

Career

Vico began his career in the home at NK Čelik Zenica and then moved to Mexico. At the age of 20 he returned to Europe. He played from then on the Montenegrin club FK Čelik Nikšić. Vico left the club in 2000 to hire the Slovenian record champions NK Maribor. He could not convince and, after a season in Slovenia to NK Šmartno 1928. The Bosnian was able to convince whereupon the Austrian giants Rapid Vienna became aware of the tall striker.

The Hütteldorfer committed Jovica Vico in the summer of 2001. While he did not come above the rank of a supplementary player in the first two seasons, he succeeded in his third season breakthrough. As " Super Joker" Vico scored 5 goals in 10 games. The time was in Vienna, such as those in Mexico, overshadowed by numerous injuries. In Vienna, the striker suffered a hamstring tear, among others, as well as several torn muscle fibers. Ultimately, there was a end of his professional career in the room. Rapid Wien did not renew the contract because of the numerous injuries. NK Šmartno 1928 obliged the striker again despite its susceptibility to injury. He ran to the full game time not once and moved back to his home to FK Leotar Trebinje. In the first division, he played in five years, only 20 times, which is why he moved to FK Mladost Gacko in the second Bosnian League 2010.
