Juan Carlos Fresnadillo

Juan Carlos Fresnadillo ( born December 5, 1967 in Santa Cruz de Tenerife ) is a Spanish screenwriter and film director.

Biography

His directorial debut was in 1996 with the short film Fresnadillo Esposados ​​, which was nominated for an Oscar. His first feature film was Intacto in 2001, which earned him the Goya for Best New Director.

After this film he has directed several commercials and turned the 2002 three-minute short film Psicotaxi. In 2007 he took over the directing 28 Weeks Later. For this end-time horror film he wrote as well as previously with in his other works on the script.

With Intruders Fresnadillo directed horror thriller in 2011. The lead male role was played Clive Owen.
