The Estadio Juan Ramón Loubriel is a football stadium in the Puerto Rican town of Bayamón. The football franchise Puerto Rico Islanders FC ( North American Soccer League) and Bayamón FC ( Puerto Rico Soccer League) received currently in the stadium their opponents to the games. In the L-shaped grandstands are 22,000 seats available. From the renovation from 2003 to 2012 then all 12,500 seats were covered.

History

The venue was originally built in 1974 as a ballpark. The Vaqueros de Bayamón baseball team wore until its dissolution in 2003 of the games on JRL. Since no user was present for the stadium; threatened plant demolition. In the same year, the football club founded Puerto Rico Islanders; which again moved a team into the Estadio Juan Ramón Loubriel. Thus, the team was able to deliver their games in the sports facility; it was rebuilt and renovated. Since 2009, the Bayamón FC of the Puerto Rican Soccer League PRSL is located in Juan Ramón Loubriel. Moreover, it is also the home of the Puerto Rican national football team of men and women.
