Jude Wanniski

Jew Wanniski ( born June 17, 1936 in Pottsville, PA; † August 29, 2005 in Morristown, NJ) was an American political economist, publicist and journalist.

Life

Wanniski was born in 1936 the son of a copper miner. He grew up in Brooklyn, NY, and attended also the Brooklyn College. Wanniski studied political science and journalism at the University of Chicago and later at the University of California, Los Angeles. After graduation he worked for several newspapers in Anchorage, Los Angeles and Las Vegas, then as a political columnist at the National Observer. 1972 moved Jew Wanniski for the Wall Street Journal and later became associate editor of the Wall Street Journal. He represented a consistent supply-side economic theory basis for the economic development of the economy. He was one of the leading consultants in the era of Ronald Reagan.

Wanniski was with his book "The Way the World Works" internationally known.
