Judy Tegart

Judy Tegart Dalton ( born December 12, 1937 in Melbourne ) is a former Australian tennis player.

Career

She stood in the 1968 Wimbledon final of the individual competition, which she lost to Billie Jean King. In addition, she won 15 doubles tournaments in her career. Judy Tegart won eight doubles competitions (on the side of Margaret Smith Court ) and a mixed doubles competition at Grand Slam tournaments. You could win the title at least once in each of the four tournaments.

Tegart is one of nine players, the original 9, 1970, the Virginia Slims Invitational played, organized and sponsored by Gladys Heldman.
