Jukka Paarma

Jukka Paarma ( born December 1, 1942 in Lappeenranta ) is a Finnish clergyman. He was archbishop of the Archdiocese of Turku.

Life

After school Paarma studied Protestant theology in Finland. Paarma was archbishop from 1998 to 2010. During this time he was head of the whole Evangelical Lutheran Church of Finland.
