Julia Fischer (athlete)

Julia Fischer ( born April 1, 1990 in Berlin ) is a German track and field athlete.

Julia Fischer began 2004 with the discus throw, it starts for the SC Charlottenburg and trained with Werner Goldmann, who also oversees Robert Harting. Fischer won the 2007 title at the fifth U18 World Championships in Ostrava with fourteen centimeters ahead of the Croatian Sandra Perković, 2008, she occupied at the U20 World Championships in Bydgoszcz second place with 27 centimeters behind the Chinese Xi Shangxue. Also Second was fishing at the U20 European Championships 2009 in Novi Sad; she had it about seven meters behind Sandra Perković who had previously located in the year at the U20 World Championships just behind her. In the U23 European Athletics Championships 2011 in Ostrava Fischer won by an increase in their personal best jump of 59.60 meters to three meters ahead of the Belarussian Nastassia Kaschtanawa.

May 12, 2012 improved to Julia Fischer in Wiesbaden on 64.22 meters, surpassing the qualifying standard for the London Olympics. In the German Athletics Championships 2012 in Wattenscheid Fischer finished second behind Nadine Müller from Halle. At the European Championships 2012 in Helsinki Fischer threw the discus at 62.10 meters, reaching fifth place. Shortly thereafter, she left at the Games in London in qualifying.
