Julien Dupuy ( born December 19, 1983 in Périgueux, Dordogne ) is a French rugby union player. He plays as a scrum half for Stade Français and the French national team.

Dupuy began his professional career with Biarritz Olympique. He was able to twice win the French championship and was once in the finals of the Heineken Cup. In 2008 he moved to England at the Leicester Tigers. He was English champion and once again reached the Heineken Cup final. After just one season he returned to France. Since the 2009/10 season he plays for Stade Français.
