Juliet Landau
Juliet Landau ( born March 30, 1965 in Los Angeles ) is an American actress.
Landau is a daughter of actor Martin Landau and Barbara Bain. Her sister is the film producer Susan Landau Finch. As a child she moved with her parents to England, where she studied acting and ballet at the American School in London. At the age of 18, she returned with her parents back to the U.S..
A wider audience was Juliet Landau mainly by their guest role as an eccentric vampire Drusilla in the internationally popular American television series Buffy - known hunter of darkness - the Vampire Slayer and Angel. In the latter case, the role earned her a nomination as Best TV Supporting Actress Saturn Award in 2001.
Juliet Landau in 2010 celebrated her directorial debut with the film Take Flight. This is a documentary about Gary Oldman, who begged a "Making Of" to take over for him, which meant that she had a " unique insight into his creative process " and thus made the documentary about him. In 2012 she published her first comic book series in collaboration with Joss Whedon.
