Juliet Rhys-Williams
Lady Juliet Evangeline Rhys- Williams ( born December 17, 1898 in Sheering, Essex, † September 18, 1964 in London) was a British economist.
She had been in the 1940s, the basic idea of the negative income tax, a variant of the unconditional basic income, which took up Milton Friedman in the 1960s.
