Julius Frazier Peppers ( born January 18, 1980 in Wilson, North Carolina) is an American professional American football player at the position of the defensive ends. He plays for the Green Bay Packers in the National Football League ( NFL).

Peppers played college football for the University of North Carolina. In the 2002 NFL Draft, he was selected by the Carolina Panthers as the second player in the first round (after quarterback David Carr, who was drafted by the Houston Texans ). He played until 2009 when the Panthers and held there for joining the club record for most bag. In 2010 he moved to the Chicago Bears. In March 2014 he signed a contract with the Green Bay Packers.
