At the time of the census of 2000, there were 80 people, the place. The population density was 17.8 people per km ². There were 38 housing units at an average 8.4 per km ². The population of Grayland consisted of 95 % White, 1.25 % reported from other races, and 3.75 % from two or more races. 1.25 % of the population to be Hispanic or Latino of any race.
