The 9th Euro Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2011 was, Armenia held on 3 December 2011 at the Karen Demirchian Complex in Yerevan.
For the first time in the history of the contest organized by the victorious country last year the Junior Euro Song Contest. According to Supervisor Sietse Bakker, the high reputation of the competition in Armenia was crucial. Participant

On October 8, the transmitter ( SMRTV ) San Marino announced that they could not participate in the Junior Euro Vision Song Contest 2011, due to a new satellite channel of SMRTV who began broadcasting in June.
