Junior Torunarigha

Torunarigha Junior ( born April 18, 1990 in Ibadan, Nigeria ) is a German - Nigerian football player.

Playing career

Junior Torunarigha first played in youth by SV Fortuna Furth Glösa before he moved to the youth department of FC Chemnitz 2001. In 2006 he moved into the B- youth of Hertha BSC. In 2009 he was promoted Hertha coach Karsten Heine in the second team. There Torunarigha scored in the Regionalliga season 2009/10 help in 24 games and scored six goals during his club avoid relegation. 2010/11 reach him five goals in 22 missions.

After the end of the season he left Berlin and went to Rot-Weiß Oberhausen in the third league. There he was injured in the preparation, which he missed the beginning of the season 2011/12. After his recovery Torunarigha came on 11 game against the second team of Werder Bremen for his first competitive match use when he came on in the 62nd minute for Marvin Ellmann.

On August 2, 2013 Toruranrigha signed after a three-week trial a one-year contract with the third division FC Carl Zeiss Jena.

The father of Junior Torunarigha is the former second-division professional Ojokojo Torunarigha.
