Jun’ya Sano

Jun'ya Sano (Japanese佐野 淳 哉, Sano Jun'ya; born November 3, 1982 in Shimizu, Shizuoka Prefecture) is a Japanese road racing cyclist.

Jun'ya Sano began his career in 2005 at the Japanese Continental Team Bridgestone Anchor. In the 2008 season, he joined the team Nippo - Endeka, where he took fourth place at the national championship. The next year, Sano went for the amateur team Team Nippo · Colnago. In the Asia Championship 2009 in Tenggarong he was sixth in the time trial and fifth in the road race. In 2010 he drove the team Nippo, where he chose the second stage of the Tour de Kumano for themselves.
