Juraj Kucka

Juraj Kucka [ juraj kutska ] (born 26 February 1987 in Bojnice, Czechoslovakia, now Slovakia) is a Slovak football player. The midfielder is since 2011 when Genoa under contract.

Club career

Kucka began playing football at FK Prievidza, in his youth he also played for Radvaň and FO ŽP Šport Podbrezová. In Podbrezová that played at that time in the second Slovak League, he made his debut in 2005 in senior football. In early 2007, the midfielder has been committed from the first division club MFK Ružomberok. There Kucka played immediately in the starting eleven. In two years, he came to 49 missions, in which he scored eight goals.

In January 2009 Kucka moved to the top Czech club Sparta Prague, where he signed a three-year contract. With Sparta Slovakian won the Czech Championship in the 2009/10 season. In the winter transfer window, he moved to Italian club Genoa. In August 2011, Inter Milan got 8 million euros for 50 % of the transfer rights, Inter were Kucka a five -year contract, Kucka should remain safe until the end of 2011 in Genoa. Inter Milan had the chance to sign him permanently for the second sum of eight million in winter 2011 /12.

National

Kucka debuted after eleven games for the Slovak U -21 on 19 November 2008 in a friendly against Liechtenstein in the Slovak national team. He stood in the squad Slovakia for the finals of the football World Cup 2010 in South Africa.
