Jürgen Herrlein

Jürgen Herrlein (* 1962 in Regensburg ) is a German lawyer and historian students.

Life

Herrlein grew up in Regensburg and in Friedrichsdorf Taunus. After graduation in 1981 at the Kaiserin-Friedrich -Schule in Bad Homburg, he studied from 1982 Law at the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University Frankfurt am Main. After completing his studies and legal internship Herrlein 1994 lawyer in Frankfurt am Main. Until 2000 he was a partner in a large law firm, after managing to 2007, a partner in a law firm and tax consulting company.

In 2000, he was a specialist lawyer for tax law, in 2005, in addition lawyer specializing in rental and condominium law. Since WS 2005/2006 he is a lecturer at the University of Frankfurt am Main. In 2006 he became editor of the CH Beck Verlag New Journal of landlord and tenant law ( NZM ). Since 2007 he has worked in an office newly established. As legal author Herrlein mainly deals with tenancy and tax law. The magazine Business Week in 2010 declared him to the circle of the 25 best Tenancy lawyers in Germany.

Herrlein is a member of the Corps Austria ( rezipiert 1987), Borussia -Polonia (1999), Silesia (2000), Masovia (2002) and Tigurinia (2007, co-founder ). For a long time he is chairman of the Rules Committee of the Kösener SC Association. His historical publications deal mainly with the history of fraternities and sororities.
