Jüri Lossmann

Jüri Loss Man (born 23 Januarjul / February 4 1891greg on the estate Kabala, today rural community Kõo, Viljandi County, Estonia, .. † 1 MAY 1984 Stockholm ) was an Estonian athlete.

Career

Loss man trained as a goldsmith. In World War I he was wounded during his service in the tsarist army. Early on, he was yet to competitive sports. In 1916 he was Russian champion in 5000 -meter run. Between 1919 and 1924 Loss husband was a five-time champion in the 5,000 and 10,000 meters.
