Just Jack
Just Jack ( born January 1, 1976 in London; actually Jack Allsopp ) is an English musician. His music style can be classified between Breakdance, Electro Funk, Garage House and Hip- Hop.
Biography
Even as a 15 -year-old Allsopp gained experience as a DJ. After his successful training as a designer, he went back to the music. The breakthrough came in 2002 when he brought out the album The Outer Marker, which was commercially very successful, but mainly was that the record label went bankrupt. In 2007 he finally released the album Overtones on the major label Mercury Records. The single Starz in Their Eyes peaked in the UK charts and # 2 made it in Germany in the Top 100, the album Overtones peaked in the UK album chart top spot 6
The song " Starz in Their Eyes " was for a time the commercial song for internet brokerage www.friend - scout24.de and is the theme song of the RTL comedy series Bad Girls.
Name
His stage name comes from the fact that he was on his own since the beginning of his musical career. It was " just Jack" ( Just Jack ), who was responsible for his music.
In an interview, Jack Allsopp told a different origin story: When he was in his early career reflected a stage name, he was sure, 'Jack ' should be a part of this. When he told a friend that he wanted to 'Jack' call, he asked "Just Jack?" ( " Just Jack ").
