Justice Party (Turkey)

The Adalet Partisi (short AP, dt: Justice Party ) was a political party in Turkey. The national- conservative -oriented party, was founded in 1961 and was a successor to the banned shortly before Democrat particles of Adnan Menderes. She placed under Süleyman Demirel several times the government ( 1965-1971, 1975-1977 and 1979-1980 ). After the military coup in 1980, it was banned. Was founded in 1983 as the successor organization, the Yol Partisi Doğru.
