Justin Marshall

Justin Warren Marshall, MNZM (* August 5, 1973 in Mataura, New Zealand), is a former New Zealand rugby union player at the position of scrum Halbs and since end of his career in rugby commentator for Sky Network Television in New Zealand. Marshall came in 81 international matches for the All Blacks used, which is a record for a scrum half. He scored 24 attempts and also now holds the record for a player at his position.

Career

Marshall began his athletic career in 1992 with Southland Rugby in the National Provincial Championship ( NPC) and, after three years of Canterbury Rugby Football Union. Also in 1995 he was among the first on the National team squad. Marshall was on his debut against France ( 37:2 victory ) 22 years old. A year later he made his debut, after 1996 made ​​professionalization of the previous pure amateur sport Rugby Union, in the newly created Super 12 for the Crusaders. 1997 Marshall was with four games on the tour in the UK and Ireland national team captain.
