K-Swift

Khia Edgerton ( Artist name: K- Swift; * October 19, 1978 in Baltimore, Maryland, † July 21, 2008 ibid ) was an American DJ.

Life

Through her father, who had a passion for music, Khia Edgerton could gain first experiences in the music industry. She began with the DJn at the age of 11 years and was, until her death, the only female DJ Baltimore. During their performances and in their radio show on 92Q commonly known as Club Queen artist was one of the most important multipliers of Baltimore Club Music, a special mix of house and hip- hop.

On July 21, 2008, she died at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Baltimore the consequences of a head injury that she had suffered after a party at the dip in the swimming pool in the garden of their house.
