K. A. Applegate

Katherine Alice Applegate ( born 1956 in Michigan) is an American science fiction author.

Applegate has published other books and short stories under pseudonyms, so she wrote as Katherine Kendall, AR Plumb and Nicholas Stevens.

Private

Applegate is married to Michael Grant, has a son and an adopted daughter. She studied veterinary medicine before they finally decided to be an author.
