Kabbe is a constituency in the Caprivi region in Namibia. Council is based in the same settlement Kabbe. The constituency has 16,472 inhabitants ( as of 2010) in an area of 2021 square kilometers.
Large parts of the circle are a seasonal tropical floodplain of the Zambezi with scattered villages that are somewhat higher: as the former German South West African Caprivi residence of Luhonono (formerly Schuckmannsburg ), as well as the places Lusese and Kalambesa. On the eastern side of the river Zambezi River is the town of Kazungula (Zambia ).
