Kaikaku
Kaikaku (Japanese改革, "reform" ) is an upcoming Japanese expression from the business process management.
Importance
Kaikaku referred to in Lean Management:
- The gradual ( possibly erratic ) but substantial restructuring of its manufacturing and support areas of a production or a company after the flow logic.
- Anchoring of the lean philosophy in the minds of employees through training ( = information) and through "learning by doing "; employees in all divisions and levels of the company.
- Building a lean culture through consistent guiding, decide and act according to lean standards, at all levels of the company.
