The Kainach is a left and north-easterly tributary of the Wiesentfels.

Course

The Kainach arises from the confluence of the Kaiser Bach and Schwalbach in Hollfeld - Kainach. The Schwalbach is sometimes regarded only as a by- name of Kainach. It opens at Hollfeld in the Wiesentfels.
