Kaita Murayama

Murayama Kaita (Japanese村 山 槐 多; born September 15, 1896 in Yokohama, † February 20, 1919 in Tokyo ) was a Japanese writer and painter.

In 1914 he became a student at the Academy of Art Japanese (日本 美术 院, Nihon Bijutsuin ). 1915 and 1917 he won a prize for paintings ever this art academy. His painting was oriented west. He specializes mainly in watercolor and Ölgemalde. He also brought out poems and stories.

Murayama died at the age of 22 from tuberculosis.
