Kaiyuan, Liaoning

The city of Kaiyuan (开原市, Kaiyuan Shì ) is a county -level city in the Chinese province of Liaoning. It belongs to the administrative territory of the prefecture-level city of Tieling. The city has an area of ​​2824.78 square kilometers, and 580,000 inhabitants counts ( 2004). Seat of government is the road Xincheng District新城 街道.
