Kaliningrad Regional Museum of History and Arts

The town hall was the largest event rooms in Königsberg. The Mayor Siegfried Körte initiated the town hall AG as a carrier. In 1911 the building was completed under the Berlin architect Richard Seel and inaugurated in 1912. The modern building with a steel structure had 1600 seats and was used for concerts and events of all kinds to the generous donors belonged Felix Japha.
