Kamagurka

Kamagurka (actually: Luc Zeebroek ) ( born May 5, 1956 in Nieuwpoort ) is a Belgian cartoonist.

Career

Kamagurka only studied art education in Brugge and later art at the " Koninklijke Academie voor Schone Kunsten " in Ghent, where he now lives. He became known in Belgium for his work as a cartoonist in the magazine Humo.

Kamagurka collaborated with Mr. Soul (actually: Peter van Heirseele ), with whom he made ​​various television shows and the cartoon character Cowboy Henk. He also paints and produced plays, has produced over 25 books and edited five CDs.

His drawings appear regularly in the magazine in Germany Titanic. In addition Kamagurka has, inter alia, published in Süddeutsche Zeitung, Zitty, Eulenspiegel, Pardon, slapstick, Time, The New Yorker, NRC Handelsblad.
