Kamilla Kristensen

Kamilla Kristensen Birkedal (born 2 September 1983) is a Danish handball player.

Career

Kristensen began with eight years playing handball at Bjergsted HK. In youth, the circle player joined Slagelse, with the women's team later she ran aground in the highest Danish league. With Slagelse she won in 2003, 2005 and 2007 the championship and in 2007 the EHF Champions League. For the 2007 /08 season she ran on for GOG. 2010 merged with Odense GOG Håndbold to Odense GOG, which later became the HC Odense was. From 2012 she paused pregnancy related. In April 2013, it denied four months after the birth of her child again a league game for HC Odense.

Kristensen played 99 international matches for the Danish national team, in which they could achieve 157 hits. With Denmark, she participated in the European Championship 2010. In the small final of the European Championship Denmark lost to Romania.

Kamilla Kristensen is in a relationship with former Greenland handball player Jacob Larsen. The couple has a son.
