The Kan (Russian Кан ) is a 629 km long, south-east or right tributary of the Yenisei River in Russia ( Asia).
The river rises in the southern Siberian Sayan and flowing from there north to Kansk and then in a westerly direction to flow north-east of Krasnoyarsk at Ust- Kan in the Yenisei. 17 km upstream of the mouth, the average outflow of Kas 293 m³ / s In March, the monthly average is 39 m³ / s, while in May can be achieved on average 811 m³ / s.
