Kanban board
A kanban board is a tool to implement the Kanban_ ( software development) development method, with which you can support the production process.
Kanban boards are a variant of the traditional Kanban cards. Instead of signal cards symbolize demand or capacity, magnets, plastic chips, colored metal rings or post-its are used to represent work items in the panel. Each of the objects represents a part in a manufacturing process, and passes through portions of the panel. His movements correspond to the manufacturing process. The panel is usually divided into three sections: " pending ", " work in progress " and " completed ". The panels are moved by employees in the current ranges on the board.
