Kang Yatze

The mountain is at the end of the Markha valley which he in the valleys Nimaling Chu ( Chu is Ladakhi for water) splits and Langtan Chan.

The main peak of Kang Yatze is due to its technically difficult normal route very rarely climbed. The Kang Yatze West (also called " shoulder " or Kang Yatze II called ) is about 6200 m high and on the other hand very often climbed. The ascent offers itself as the end of the Markha Valley trek, the most famous trek in Ladakh.
