Kaos (Film)

Kaos is an Italian literature, which was shot in 1984 under the direction of the brothers Paolo and Vittorio Taviani. It is based on short stories by the writer Luigi Pirandello.

Action

The film includes five short stories of Pirandello, who play in the 19th century in Sicily. A raven is derived from a narrative to the next round.

  • L' altro figlio ( The other son ) is about a mother whose two sons emigrated to the United States.
  • Mal di luna ( Moonstruck ) tells of a moonstruck man and his young wife.
  • La Giara (the pitcher) is about a miserly man who needs to realize how transient property and wealth.
  • Requiem tells the story of Sicilian farmers who claim the right in the earth, which they cultivate to be buried.
  • In Colloquio con la madre ( interview with the mother) Pirandello returns itself, founded by his late mother, to his parents' house, and remembers his youth.

Background

Luigi Pirandello was born in a suburb of Agrigento on a small estate, the " Caos " was ( Sicilian for home ). Therefore, the movie title is derived. The five short stories are from the collection of short stories for a year.
