Kapitan Stupino

Kapitan Stupino (Russian Капитан Ступино ) is a Russian ice hockey club from Stupino ( Moscow oblast ), which plays in the second-rate Wysschaja league. Play their home games, the club from the Ice Palace Bobrow, which was opened in 2004 and is named after Vsevolod Mikhailovich Bobrow.

History

The club was founded in 1951 as Trud Stupino and renamed Kapitan Stupino 1999. In the 1980s, there were no men's team. Only in the late 1990s was again a team that participated in the third-class Perwaja league. Since 2001, the club plays in the Wysschaja league. Out of the club took part in the East European Hockey League. Kapitan Stupino is the farm team of the KHL participant HK Dynamo Moscow, which are concerned regularly young talent at the club.
