Kappelshamn

Kappelshamn is a place (Swedish småort ) on the Swedish island of Gotland.

History

Kappelshamn located in the north of Gotland on the west coast, 37 km north-east of Visby, 15 km north of Slite, 17 km north-east of Tingstäde and 16 km west of Fårösund.

In Kappelshamn is a guest harbor, a restaurant, a sports court with camping and a swimming beach. On the sports field Snäckersvallen the football club Kappelshams IK plays. Near Kappelshamn, air line three kilometers east, but separated by the bay Kappelshamnviken, is the motorsports track Gotland Ring.
